We want to help improve crisis management services, which means how understanding people would respond to a crisis situation. Which service would you contact, and do you think they are effective? We want to know!
This survey aims to understand the public’s perception of a crisis situation and assess the effectiveness of accessing crisis management services through current channels. The findings will help identify areas for improvement, guide decision-making, and track key performance indicators like, service use, accessibility, and patient outcomes.
