NHS Complaints 

First, contact your care provider to ask them the how to make a complaint, or look for the complaints policy on their website. If you need help making a complaint, contact the Newcastle NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy service:

For advice and support about unresolved healthcare complaints, you can also contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

The Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health matters. PALS do not investigate individual complaints but can give you general advice about NHS the complaints produce.
